Terms of Use and Sale
Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Evosurf website, including its traffic exchange features, credit management, VIP subscriptions and referral system.
By creating an account, using the service or making a purchase, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.
Access to the service
Use of Evosurf is reserved for adults. The user agrees to provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and use the account fairly.
An account is strictly personal. Creating multiple accounts, sharing, reselling or using an account to bypass service rules is prohibited.
How Evosurf works
Evosurf allows users to earn or buy credits in order to receive visits to the websites they add to the platform. Credits are an internal service unit and have no monetary value outside Evosurf.
Visits, statistics, rankings, earnings or displayed benefits may vary depending on actual service activity, validation rules, anti-fraud checks and account settings.
Accepted websites and prohibited content
The user is solely responsible for the websites added to Evosurf, their content, legal compliance and compliance with the rules of any third-party services used.
Evosurf reserves the right to refuse, suspend or delete any website that does not comply with these rules or that presents a risk to the platform, its users or its partners.
- Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, violent, defamatory, malicious, phishing, forced download, spam, malware content or content infringing third-party rights is prohibited.
- Pornographic, sexually explicit or clearly sensitive websites may be refused, suspended or deleted at Evosurf’s discretion.
- Pages containing paid advertising, ad networks or similar mechanisms are strongly discouraged. Their use is solely the user’s responsibility.
Purchases, credits and subscriptions
Credit purchases and VIP subscriptions are processed by secure payment providers. Benefits linked to a purchase or subscription are activated according to the terms displayed at the time of ordering.
Unused credits are non-refundable. Activated VIP benefits, bonuses, promotional credits or earnings obtained through the service cannot be converted into money.
The user may end a subscription using the options available in the account. Ending a subscription does not trigger a refund for the period already started.
Withdrawal right and refunds
When the user requests immediate performance of the service and accepts waiving the withdrawal right, activated digital credits, subscriptions or benefits cannot be refunded, except in the event of a proven technical error or a service not supplied.
Unused credits, activated VIP subscriptions and already delivered benefits do not give rise to any automatic refund.
Any refund request may nevertheless be sent to Evosurf and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, without creating any obligation to refund.
Prohibited uses and sanctions
The following are prohibited in particular: use of unauthorized bots, scripts or automated systems, visit manipulation, credit fraud, referral abuse, self-referral, bypassing limits, reselling access and any attempt to alter the normal operation of the service.
Evosurf reserves the right to suspend, limit, ban or delete any account that does not comply with these terms, and to cancel credits, earnings or benefits obtained abusively, without refund where the sanction results from a user breach.
Liability
Evosurf provides a traffic exchange and generation service, without guaranteeing any commercial result, SEO result, ranking, advertising revenue, conversion or specific performance.
The user acknowledges that using Evosurf with third-party platforms, analytics tools, advertising networks or external services is their own responsibility.
Availability and service changes
Evosurf may evolve, temporarily interrupt, limit or modify all or part of the service for technical, security, maintenance, compliance or improvement reasons.
Evosurf reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time the service is used or the order is placed.
